How to tweak my skill.

Overslept.. I should be more strict for myself. I set up a new MacBook Air. At the same time, I cleaned up my document folders. There are a lot of old stuff.

How can I improve my English skill? Every time I think about it, the conclusion finally reaches the point that I should read more, listen more, write more and speak more. Yep, I already know the road to goal. All I need is the determination for just do it more.
