AppStoreからアプリを削除する

前回もハマったような気がします…。iTunes connectの不具合（というか説明不足）ですよね、これ。

公開を終了したいアプリの「Delete app」を実行すると、必ず以下のようなメッセージで終了します。実際には、HTMLのタグがそのまま見えてたりして、ちょっと壊れ気味な感じのダイアログが出てきます。

There was an error saving changes. Please try again later or contact App Store Developer Support.


Contact usのリンクを辿っていくとFAQに導かれ、そこには以下のような記述が。要するに先に「テリトリー」の設定を空にしてから削除してね、ということみたいです。この設定を先にしてあげたところ、無事に削除ができました。

Can I remove my app from the App Store?
To remove an app from the App Store, deselect all territories in your app's Rights and Pricing tab in My Apps. Your app status will change to Developer Removed from Sale and will be removed from the App Store until you make it available again using the Rights
and Pricing section.
